So was this "detox" everything you thought it would be? 

I can hardly believe this figure is accurate, but over 800 people went through the challenge this round! 

The emails and comments in the Facebook group have been flooding in, and I know that you are all putting some of the strategies to use that we've learned about this week....which is so inspiring. You are doing great work for yourselves!

Especially everyone that detox-ed their caffeine. That is rough, and God bless you.

Have the videos this week helped you identify the biggest stressors (physical and mental) that have contributed to your adrenal fatigue symptoms? 

With all the talk this week about the different stressors that can cause adrenal fatigue (and we each have our own special blend) you can see that there is no way I can cover every strategy that I use with my 1:1 clients and course students to address their symptoms.

When you're truly looking to create a personalized healing protocol, there are so many variables and things that need to be considered like how to test your personal carbohydrate tolerance, testing for food sensitivities (at home, for free, of course) and then there's all the specific nutrients, in food and supplement form, that need to be considered....

Obviously, we can't cover all of that in 5 days. 

Luckily, what we did cover this week was a great start.

You are now armed with more than enough ammunition to wage a war against the chronic stressors in your life and start paying attention to what's causing your fatigue symptoms. 

For those of you that are looking for the "next step", you know I wouldn't leave you hanging....and you'll be getting an email from me tomorrow with details on what that "next step" is and how you can take advantage of it, because it's only available for a few days. 

Are you still wondering how on earth you can make ALL of these lifestyle and diet changes stick?

You can't.  You won't be able to change 100% of your habits or thought patterns in 5 days, and you shouldn't expect to...that perfectionist mentality is what has gotten us sick and tired in the first place, remember?!

Just take a deep breath, know that you're on the right track, and give yourself the grace to rest when you need it.  You're doing great.
