+ What if I can't start or finish the course during the 4-week timeline? How long do I have access?
With your course enrollment, you have lifetime access to the course material, as well as access to ALL future updates and additions. (Like special LIVE bonus trainings as they come out!) The online course is self-paced, so although it is set up to be completed over 4 weeks, you can start it whenever you choose and take as long as you want to complete the lessons. You can also revisit the course and specific lessons as many times as you like.
+ When do I get access to each week's lessons?
The Course Prep Module + Week 1 will be available to begin as soon as you enroll, and each subsequent week will magically be available for you 7 days after the one before it.
+ What if I am unhappy with the course?
I would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with the course content, contact Andrea at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of the course start date with your completed course workbook and let me know what you were unsatisfied with. Yes! The course food list offers a comprehensive set of food choices that are the most healing to the adrenals, digestion and hormones, but you are welcome to pick and choose or modify it as you need to. (Since food is only a piece of the adrenal fatigue healing puzzle, after all.)
+ I'm pregnant, postpartum and/or breastfeeding. Is this program safe for me?
The Adrenal Fatigue Detox program is not strict or dogmatic, and I believe it can be helpful to anyone trying to improve their health to incorporate lots of nutrient-dense whole foods...especially new mamas! However, I am NOT a doctor, much less your doctor, so check with yours if you have any concerns. ;) **(Check with your doctor before using any supplements, though.)
